Child scarf is intended to not wrap around, it's just like a pretty oversized necklace :) Approx. 35 inches long.

Item may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please return to Skirtsies po box 839, Sullivan City, TX 78595 with reason of return. Once item is received at the shop we will inspect it and once approved we will issue shop credit for amount paid. We will not accept items that have been washed or worn. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
